Let's see...Tony Iommi from Sabbath was in Jethro Tull for a week or two, so there's that...Yes has shared members with Genesis and King Crimson...Uriah Heep has shared members with Ozzy's solo stint right after getting kicked out of Sabbath...I think that about covers it

I was going to post earlier saying I couldn't narrow my choices down to five (or ten, or fifteen) but liked something of everything - except jazz and the mutated gabber/happy hardcore sound that's so popular with the kids here (north-east England)...

Anyway I still can't narrow it down enough, but I'll go for:

The Sisters of Mercy (who "aren't a goth band", no, really...)
(with lots of punk, folk (in the widest possible sense of the word) and rock; currently big into Indigo Girls and Faudel)

I would love to break any hypothesis about a link between ASCs and musical taste.

I like way too much music. I like at least a little bit from every genre.

I usually listen to more upbeat music. I'll list some artists I listen to, but that will barely cover my selection of music that I listen to.

Yup, two artists. Of course, there are a lot more, however I listen to only a small selection of the others. The two above I have every album for. The rest of what I listen to on a regular basis, I tend to only listen to one, two of their songs, sometimes an album. I have 32 playlists currently, some of a specific genre or artist, others of mixed genres/artists.

I love music, and while I don't love all music I hear, I can appreciate a lot more than most.

King, John Lee Hooker and so on. And even composers like: Mahler, Wagner, Bach, Debussy and John Cage.
