I really have to disagree with this. I know this a decade old thread but it's such a persistent myth even today. If you're really Autistic regardless of your gender or your race (that's another thing) you will be diagnosed. I was diagnosed at 4 because I had virtually no language skills and repetiti...

How is your thyroid? PCOS and thyroid issues ( Hashimoto's ) occur together quite frequently. I have PCOS too and when I was diagnosed switched my diet to lowish carb paleo. I was super active at the time and my thyroid freaked out. I started eating more carbs and my thyroid settled down. You have ...

Some background information here. I had to start Keto again after a gynecologist told me in early April I had PCOS and a large fibroid that was causing a stabbing pain. I was at my heaviest weight (190 - 5'7) that I have ever been in years and we both concluded that losing weight would be a good id...

Be sure to keep your electrolytes in check, lack of electrolytes makes you feel fatigued and dizzy. Drink some bone broth, pickle juice or just supplement at least magnesium, sodium and potassium. Double check for hidden sources of carbs in your food. Some people don't really pay attention to thing...

Here we go, so on Thursday I wen...

Yet nobody does anything about housing affordability. The parts of the country that are affordable are mostly boring, repressive red states that are either hurricane magnets, in Tornado Alley, or highly blizzard-prone. So nobody wants to live there, even if the economy is excellent in those places....

there are a lot of Washingtonians who want Cascadia [an amalgamation of California, Oregon, western Washington and BC] to happen. They probably aren't aware of how different B.C from their states. A lot of them are talking about having a ''new home for whites'' well they can't exactly do that with ...

in my state at least, until recently [govnor just signed a bill into law that changes this a bit] it was basically impossible to charge a cop with any kinda crime in the commission of his job, no matter what he did. And they wonder why eventually some people start to return fire. When the legal sys...

Here we are in 2018 and I have never felt more unsafe to walk the streets. I have never seen more homeless people and such a rise in criminality fuelled by rising poverty and the addiction epidemic. The Canadian government has out right admitted the legal system is underfunded and people on probati...

Never before the age of 25 did I have any problems. Then it started sporadically in 2015 with bouts of severe abdominal pain. Then in 2017 I developed an all out motility disorder. Since August I have been dealing with severe pain, bowel obstructions and ''are you pregnant?'' levels of bloating. I a...

How could Justin Trudeau be responsible for emergency waiting time, lack of school funding and lack of social programs while those are the jurisdiction of the provinces ? The federal don't have much influence on those issues, the provinces governments wouldn't allow it. As for the rise of the crimi...

Yes I've heard about Chris. Weird behavior aside. I really worry about what will happen after Barb (Chris's Mother) dies. Chris doesn't seem to be able to function as an adult literally at all.
