I too am an avid masticator, though I think I prefer foods I can slurp.
Aside from masticating, what are your hobbies? How do your issues affect them? Do you have sensory issues as well as your dispraxia? |

If your entire family is from China and nobody in your family has ever left China then there is no possible way that you can be hispanic. Likewise if you have all four limbs in working condition then you cannot identify as an a... |

Well Jesus did exist. I mean there was an itenerant rabbi by the name of Jesus of Nazareth wandering around first century judea. Even the Talmud mentions him. So that points hard to argue. Now as for acting like Jesus, I certainly try. I've yet to raise anyone from the dead but he's certainly far be... |

Nobody has every single symptom, if you've been diagnosed then you can rest assured that you are most likely autistic. But even if you arent autistic, you are you.
It's natural to adapt to certain situations and among certain people. Everyone masks in some way. |

Start a collection of rusty pieces of metal and leave them strewn throughout your house. When you have enough, invite people over to look at them. Allow children to touch the exhibits. |

I don't really agree with functioning labels for the most part with exceptions. I was diagnosed with autism when I was young so i don't remember much but it was definitely autism, not aspergers or anything else. Most of the time I kind of skate between levels 1 and 2. When I was in school I had to h... |

The problem is there is no definite line between what is considered high vs low functioning. It's completely arbitrary. The same goes for "levels" of autism, there's no solid criteria. And of course for autistics it's even more important for things to be clear and un-arbitrary. |
