Do something you enjoy.

Even if it's playing video games. It's your day, enjoy it.

For my 50th, I think it may have involved a few friends. I really don't remember. I've never been big on milestone stuff. Each year isn't necessarily more important than the last or the next.

I'm not sure many would say it's great. Given the choice, I'm sure some of us could do without it. But it's not terrible either. It's part of who we are and we deal with it and with that, it's neither good nor bad.

I'll forget to have lunch every now and then.

Yet, I seem to intuitively know when the microwave is about to be finished.

Why those two things seem food connected, I'm not sure :)

Never. Being armed with more information about yourself is always helpful. Having a diagnosis doesn't change anything about you other than you know more, and knowing more enables you to deal with it better. I wish I had known when I was younger, I wish my family had known. Then changes could have be...

I say a lot of meaningless stuff on Twitter, does that count?

Mostly, I help others be content creators.

It is something that brings you comfort, a "happy place". I think as we become more anxious about the world, the more that sort of thing is likely to happen. I don't think it's the domain of any one particular set of people, it just is. If it is something that lessens stress, a place you c...

I recently purchased the sony wh1000-xm4s for $500. they were worth every penny, I can't function without them. they're basically my hearing aid, they allow u to pause the noise cancelling feature by covering one ear muff, this feature singles out voices but continues to block other sounds in case ...

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I have a CPAP machine which I've tried, exhaustingly, to get used to but have never been able to manage. I don't like it on my face and I become preoccupied with whether there is a leak or not. As a result my total amount of 'restful sleep' is a couple of hours. It'...

My short-term memory is non-existent.

My long-term memory is horrible unless it's for useless trivia, or stupid things I've done/said.

I've had much better interactions with those who aren't psychiatrists. I find they tend to be rather set in their ways, especially if they've been doing it for a long time. Some certainly don't like you suggesting things that could be. I have several other complaints about psychiatrists, for another...

I don't think it's weird. Although I think we generally eschew attention, it's nice to receive attention sometimes and at the hospital, you are told what to do and are asked questions that don't require chit-chat. Now, wanting to stay in the hospital, that's questionable. Hospital beds are horrific ...

You don't need to bring anything. Just be prepared to answer questions the best you can. If you can't answer some questions, don't worry. The doctor won't ask you trick questions, so if you don't have an answer, that's OK too. Family members can be helpful to answer questions about what they've obse...

That's just silly.

Not everyone knows you.

I know that feeling, though, I know it's incorrect.
