I am having manic episodes again. I feel too happy and a bit too impulsive. What are the healthy coping skills I can develop to come down to Earth and relax?

The good news, I am more stable by going to a support group for mentally ill people. There I and them talked about coping strategies and helping each other.

it is not just intrusive thoughts, mine was so bad that it turned into delusions of guilt.

I sometimes have severe OCD, Pedophilic type with derealization and lack of insight/delusional beliefs and nightmares.

It's OCD, it's not the same as Pedophilic Disorder, please don't stigmatize me :x

There is a link between having Neurodevelopmental Disorders and being victimized more than the general population, and it causes some of those people to have mental health issues, delusions, and personality disorders that may lead to antisocial tendencies or severe personality disorders.
