Does anyone have any advice how not to get overwhelmed when you have to be around a bunch of people you do not know? I do not want to draw attention to myself, just do not want to feel major anxiety.

Hi, I am new to this site and am an older adult with Aspergers. My interests are reading historical novels, raising dogs from the shelter, and practicing yoga. I also work as a Special Education teacher for all disabilities. What are your interests?

I am frustrated because I just hate talking on the phone. No problem with texts or email, just communicating by phone. Anyone else and any advice?
