Yeah... I know... I'm female btw (though doesn't change much unless suggestions were weightlifting which stereotypically girls would prefer otherwise) But yeah, I've done the basic high intensity stuff, and can't stand it which is why I'm looking for alternatives or reasons around it. As it is, yest...

I meditate--there are various kinds: walking, standing, sitting & lying down--& I really feel the repeated letting go of the thought & returning to the breath is basically a patience practice. Not to mention all the marvelous health benefits they keep finding. I could give you some basi...

Oh yeah, I completely forgot The reason I think I have the asthma thing is because (and I know this is a clear sign of trying too hard) I will get to the point where my hearing gets duller until can't hear at all and...will continue until I lose all color vision ^^;;; This has been happening on/off ...

What about Aikido? It is mainly using your opponent's forces against you right? You'd need to channel that and less reps of perfect punch, right? (And yes, I know you need some basics, like we had thrusting and practice parrying in fencing, but we only did katas in my karate course :X)

I've had a few close ones, some of which have remained in my mind more than others as time passed: 1. When I was a kid, I was in a boat that was run over by a much bigger vessel as it misjudged an attempt to rescue us. I was keelhauled, drowned and then resuscitated. Although I survived, not all di...

Well... she already knows you like her, I mean you wouldn't be cuddling/making out and asking if you didn't; So theres no need to worry about that, I'd just say you wanna define things, so you guys can remain exclusive to each other, and would lift a weight off your shoulders... you could even menti...

Ask her if you can call her your girlfriend, that you feel you are already dating and your not looking to go any faster or for anything more than what you have right now, but t...

Well I won't argue with that... I know personally I fight emotions/instinct with logic, so not the best example XD But no way to know until such a study is done~ But I do believe there are more than one factor going into play when it comes to celebs, so hard to pinpoint exaclty what it is (I mean, i...
