I have so much trouble remembering what year I'm in...I often believe I'm still in 2004 and then get confused because my bedroom isn't my bedroom and I get very scared. These meltdowns can last for hours. I don't understand what's happening, really, and I can't afford to see anyone to talk about it....

I am trying to play my Switch more than my Xbox lately, but I'm having trouble, cause I'm playing The Last Campfire and even though it isn't really "hard", I'm still not smart enough for even really simple puzzles, so it just makes me feel lousy :( I'm also playing Summer in Mara and Curse...

I'm lucky if I can get myself to shower once a week. It's an ordeal and I'm really bad at it. I don't know how to wash my hair correctly, and the feeling of water on my skin is a nightmare. I feel gross cause I know I probably should do it more often but it's just such an awful experience :(

I definitely do. I have so much it's awful...and it makes surviving day to day that much harder than it might be otherwise. I wouldn't wish this kind of thing on anyone :(
