I have Asperger's, but it is fairly mild and does not interfere a lot with how I function in everyday life. I am also an empath and can literally feel what other people are feeling, even if they do not show it. Even if I do know how someone is really feeling, I have a difficult time expressing it, e...

Yes. I doubt myself all the time. I don't think I could ever be in a real relationship because I am so touch phobic and cannot handle when other people touch me, whether it's a hug or handshake or someone bumps up against me. In addition to that, I don't have that intuitive grasp of social relations...

I have very little amount of gender identity. Technically, I am female, but I've had my gender mistaken before and it doesn't bother me. I don't fall into the typical female role for society, nor for the typical male role.

Dear Jim, If I could go back and fix what happened and work over the harsh words that were exchanged, I would. You know I don't hit site members with my rule book, right? I hope you do and I really hope you know that it was not my intention to let Sil be as blunt as she was. I can't read her intenti...

My handwriting is oddly unique, but it depends on which hand I use (I'm ambidextrous). Most of the time it resembles the computer font Minstral. Slant depends on which hand I choose to use; that's what tends to vary. My handwriting has always been fairly good, but small, cursive-like and difficult t...

A lot of people I've talked to picture Hell as a place with lots of fire and being really hot and flames everywhere, but I've always pictured it as being very cold and desolate... a place without heat or warmth.

Maybe that's just me and the fact that I like fire.

My body temperature is around 96.5-97 F (36 C if I did that conversion correctly), but I know I don't have thyroid problems. It's been low since I was an infant. I tend to feel the cold easily through my entire body, but it takes a lot more for me to stand there shivering and unable to move than oth...

@Quartermass: There are a good portion of Americans who know from where Dutch comes. I hear a lot about how Americans flunk simple geographical questions. My grandmother once visited America, and stayed at someone's place, and they asked her if she had driven over from Australia. They thought she c...

@PunkyKat: Nice artwork. It's highly stylized, but I kind of like it. @Reodor_Felgen: I enjoyed looking at all the pictures of the cars. Good photography. :) @crackedpleasures: A lot of people don't use the forums, but DA (aka deviant art) is used by a lot of artists to post their artwork online so ...

@Quartermass: There are a good portion of Americans who know from where Dutch comes. @UndercoverAlien: Write in whichever language you feel most comfortable with. If it's Dutch, write in Dutch and let those who speak English either get it translated so they can read it or you can translate it later....

Dear Falcon, I really wish things could have been different and maybe if they had been, we could have been better friends. Thanks for telling me about AS and doing so with kindness, understanding and with your usual way of always being right about certain things. I didn't believe you at the time and...

What form is it? One is in the form of a notebook with graph paper in it that I picked up at my university book store. The other is an online blog, which I rarely update. What sort of things do you write about? In my online blog, I write about all things related to the art of calligraphy. Mostly wh...

I've been watching bits and pieces of the Olympics, mostly the swimming and some diving (I'm an ex-swimmer) and it's been fun to watch. Favorite races to watch are the 400 individual medley and the 200 meter butterfly. ^_^ I also watched a good portion of the women's sabre competition and I really w...
