My ex was a screamer, the kind where you worry someone's going to call the cops which is too much in my opinion. My wife on the other hand makes almost no noise and is embarrassed when she does. She's been getting better with not worrying about it, but I still love the feedback of a woman moaning an...

But isn't that like presuming that you'll get the job? Thats my biggest problem... if I'm not gonna get it then it's a waste of breath to ask about something then get all excited & if I do cant I just find out later? If I'm interested in the job I go into it assuming I'm going to get the job. I...

I had to look up what they were, but once I saw a picture I recognized them.
Personally if I were going to do something like that I would probably do seed beads to get smoother lines. But I could see making some massive thing with those would be fun!

I"m another with an aversion to cotton balls! I agree that the ones in the bottles are the worst, probably because they have to be squeezed to get them out and they make that noise and scrape on the sides getting it out, <<shiver>>.

I just read a book that really helped me with better catching the non-facial body language, "The Definitive Book of Body Language". The only annoying part was they mention a couple times in the book how they aren't going to cover facial expressions because "everyone" agrees and sees those, even acro...

Absolutely. I have to force myself to make phone calls, and I have to plan out what I'm going to say, even if the phone call is no more than, "Hello, what are your store hours today? Thank you." I have to do this too! I'm ok at getting calls, because it's pretty much always someone I already know. ...

I have a 6yo daughter and I agree with violet_yoshi that the wanting control is one of the hardest things. There are lots of things about it that are hard & it takes a lot of learning but it is really rewarding.

Another cuticle chewer here too :( I have mostly managed to shake the fingernail chewing though, although I still slip from time to time when I'm really stressed or nervous. I did it by deciding that the only way I was 'allowed' to trim or clean-up my nails was with a pair of fingernail clippers. If...
