Well, the government is forcing me to find a job despite being on disability, and still without no diagnosis or treatment. I kind of think well I'll go along with it and maybe if some people saw my symptoms they will actually believe and I'll get that diagnosis. Problem is I will have to be put into...

Feeling a tinge of depression but not enough to worry me. I've been doing relatively well for the last week or so, mood-wise. Likewise, I'll also express gladness over the existence of this thread. I was depressed yesterday. Strange. I was just taken over by my thoughts, I had no hope left and then...

Random intrusive thoughts could be OCD. For me I get violent thoughts when anxious. I might start to feel unsafe on the street and nervous around a person then in my head I'm doing awful things to them. I'm careful with who I tell this stuff to as well. How do you feel before you have the thoughts? ...

Nah. It's a common thing for females with AS to colour their hair.

Just embrace the weirdness. Or pick up a paintbrush. People think artists are weird and let them be.

Totes, bro. Slang on the internets is just so tryhard. Yes, I actually hate it too. Btw they were using 'totes' when I was a teenager. One word I would like to destroy in hellfire is 'hipster.' Hipster's a pretty old word but these days it's the most f***ed up subculture. It's meant to be ironic but...

Sorry, I think I've known that feeling, and it's a cripplingly dread inspiring place to be... Do hang on, the pain does appear to die down over time. As for relating to the feeling, I cannot forget good people, and I've never found anyone as admirable and powerfully lovely as I found my first love....

I can smell when food is going off before other people. I overheat easily so showers are short. I can hear things before other people. I get a wave of emotions through songs, books, and films. My doctor says it's good that I wear sunglasses always too because it's not good to get too much sun on you...

I self-diagnosed and then got diagnosed soon after. $400 after, lol. That wasn't official enough to the government so I got diagnosed again. It was mostly free this time. I really don't understand how bulk billing works. Personally, my self-assessment was more thorough than the doctors who diagnosed...

In my younger years I was hyposensitive and these days I'm hypersensitive. It may seem kind of strange but my level of over or under sensitivity usually has to do with my motivations, energy and social ability. When I'm very hyper I'm hypersensitive but when I'm depressed or even just feeling under ...

I was just thinking about this today. Seems some people think quiet people may not like them so ignore them. I'm socially anxious, introverted and usually don't talk to people because I don't know what to say. I sort of shut down around a lot of people too. My guess about your voice sounding 'stuck ...

My simple answer is that people, especially in groups can be cruel to those who are different to them. They reject us, they make fun of people who have similarities to us, and will probably turn on you when you tell them not to. I'm usually depressed because: *I realise my social skills are still be...

My anti-depressant has increased my hunger. After I came off Ritalin I still didn't have a normal appetite. The meds helped me eat more but now I'm finding myself more hungry and gaining weight. I also like to recline a bit more. I've been walking the dog twice everyday to see if it's possible to re...

I'm meant to write a blog about this but I was going to wait until I completed a few raids. It's not easy having social communication problems and having to communicate with 6 other people. Anyway, I'll start. I originally purchased Destiny because I thought it was a good way to get me into multipla...

Please, no haters. I want to try and make a clan for people with autism, ADHD, mental illness or anyone who struggles to find friends. I'm thinking of calling it Neuroverse. I'm open to suggestions though. Destiny has been my special interest for months and I want to stay playing but I'm finding it ...
