I learned that my mother didn't know until very recently that bears live in India. I asked her if she remembered Baloo the bear from The Jungle Book, which takes place in India, and she said she thought they just added a bear to the cast of characters and that they weren't native to the country. But...

Humans rely on their superficial vision, so unless they are blind they will see you as "white". Since you can't explain your heritage to every single person you meet, you will likely offend many people unless you identify as white. It's stupid, but that is how nearly all humans are. Blame ...

I guess I better start hoarding more toilet paper. And get used to soy milk or almond milk or whatever. I always drink pasteurized milk, the claims that raw milk is better for you is a bunch of nonsense. But people believe in nonsense because science bad, so they'll be just as bad as they were durin...

A man goes into a pet store and says, "I'd like to buy about 10 rats, 20 mice, a dozen or so beetles and around 150 cockroaches". The cashier says, "I'm sorry, but we only have a few rats and mice. Why do you want all those animals?" The man says, "Because I'm moving out of ...

I had a whole bunch of cages and containers that held many small animals such as guinea pigs, hamsters, birds fish, reptiles and maybe amphibians. But many of the animals kept escaping and it was like a pet shop on steroids. I was worried because I had not fed some of the animals in a few days and f...

I don't know if my brother and sil are going to spend much time in London or not. My mother told me they're planning to see Stonehenge, though. Seriously, there are terrorists and murderers everywhere. Things could turn into chaos without warning at any second. According to the travel advisory on th...

Gabbo, the ventriloquist dummy from The Simpson's episode "Krusty Gets Kancelled" was named after the main character in a pre-code drama film called "The Great Gabbo". But in the film, Gabbo is the ventriloquist, his dummy is named Otto. Gabbo was unable to express himself or sho...

You can be NT and still struggle with money, friends, and jobs. And many, if not most of them, do.

If being full of disbelief if not outright anger for a antivaxxer quack doctor who honestly believes in this homeopathy nonsense means I don't have an open mind, then I guess I'm guilty as charged. The problem with having an "open mind" is that it tends to let in bugs of the biting and sti...

I'm really not that into trinkets. But I do have lots of different rhinestones for making crafts and stuff. Sometimes I put jewelry on dolls or stuffed animals.

Today I left a comment on YouTube saying how you've got to love all the transphobic moral panic happening right now, it's like when people said rock and roll is the devil's music. And then I thought, "Oh no, I'm in for it now, I had an opinion". But I don't really care.

There actually is a type of cannabis called "skunk" because of the smell. If people want to smoke it, they can smoke it, but I don't get how they can stand the stink.

In junior high I used to be harassed and bullied constantly for being intensely into Garfield comics and cartoons. This lasted up into my late 20s at least. The girls were usually indifferent to my interests but the boys made my life awful. They are such idiots at that age. :x

Trauma may be an overused word these days. But what might not be all that traumatizing to some children might be incredibly traumatizing to others. Like getting sick in front of the whole class at school. You might come back a few days later and everything will seem back to normal, and no one really...

I find Lindt white truffle chocolates to be excellent. All their truffle chocolates are good, but the white chocolate ones have kind of a cool feeling to them that I like. Like Icy Squares, except those are milk chocolate.
