I didn't know much of anything about RFK Jr. so I looked him up. Man, is the guy ever a foil head. Maybe it has something to do with the assassinations of his uncle and father, but he's a few Cheerios short of a bowl and if a worm really was eating his brain, it probably died of severe poisoning.

I don't know what people see in these fear-mongering doomsday movies. Do they really think they will somehow survive is something like that actually happens? Do they think it will be worth it to survive? Or do they think at all?

Because on Mondays Jon only serves cheap, store bought, frozen lasagna. :eew: Why is it perfectly acceptable for mosquitoes in a cartoon to be wearing clothing, living in their own house, and speaking English, but if the male mosquito bites and drinks blood in said cartoon, that is not acceptable be...

Do the younglings really not know that "gay" used to just mean "happy", but it ended up being used as slang for "homosexual" for some reason? It's kind of like when "dumb" used to just mean "mute" and "lame" used to just mean "unable t...

That although I don't wear fur suits, I am most definitely a furry. :( And I got that way not because I simply like animals, or anything else that might not make me a freak, but because as a child I was brainwashed by Disney. And Loony Tunes. And even Aesop's Fables, which were around many years bef...

I think you have to be emotionally cold to plan and get revenge. If you're too nice you may think it's wrong to get revenge on someone, even if they did something really awful. Like that other saying, "two wrongs don't make a right". Anyway, it's an "interesting" pun for Mr. Free...

When I was a teenager I used to draw a teenage boy character with an earring because that's what was "cool" at the time, but I had no clue that the right ear is supposed to be "gay" side. So when other kids saw my drawing they'd ask, "Is he gay?" He wasn't, but I didn't...

The Kennedy's sure have had a rough history, some superstitious people think they are actually cursed. But it could be either fake news or contributed to mental illness. It may run in the family since JFK's sister got lobotomized, and ended up a vegetable.

I just drank a glass of pilk, which is Pepsi and milk in the same glass. I was curious about it because of the show Laverne and Shirley, but it sounded pretty gross. But when I tried it, it wasn't too bad. Basically just tastes like Pepsi-flavored milk. Not something I'd want to really have again, t...

Nope. They seem to have just happened. And when I do try out a new special interest on purpose, it usually doesn't work out. Like building Lego sets. It just feels more like work and when the pieces fall off even while you're building, it's very annoying. I like the mini figures, though.

That book played the "police are useless" trope pretty well. The kids went to a detective to report Miss Nelson's disappearance, but he didn't seem very competent. But soon after that Miss Nelson "came back". And then the story ended with the detective now trying to solve the sud...

When I was younger I read in a satire magazine that a guy who wore one earring in his right ear meant he was gay and not afraid to show it. If a guy wore one earring in his left ear, it meant he was straight but a bit on the wild side. If someone of any gender wore a ring through both nostrils in th...

I no longer have an account on Reddit, and while I do browse some of the more harmless subs, many of them are highly toxic. Even though more than half of redditors are not from the USA, Americans have gone bonkers with their politics, posting political-related garbage on subs that aren't supposed to...

Roadrunners (real roadrunners, not the cartoon character) look very similar to modern pictures of their ancestors, the velociraptors.

Last night I was taking a bath and when I got in the tub there was a dead wasp in the water. I started thinking there might be more wasps and they're going become more active when summer gets here and they'll drop on me and sting me while I'm in the bath. I even thought I was feeling sharp pains as ...
