i didn't get my lisence till I was in my mid-20s and I can only drive an automatic car (not liscensed to drive one with manual gears!). i have a 2002 white toyota scion/bb 1.5 with about 50k miles on the clock.

The two most common stimulants used to treat ADHD are methylphenidate (eg ritalin, equasym, concerta) and amphetamine (eg adderall, vyvanse). I am on the former and it does work for me. bi-polar is not linked to mental retardation (it's just a mental illness rather than a neurodevelopmental disorder). AS and HFA are on the autism spectrum which ranges from mentally ret*d to top IQs.

autism is not curable so yes the symptoms will persist. however i find that as you get older, you not only learn to cope better (by trial and error and experiences), you also learn to structure, arrange and adapt your life so that you can live in a way that is more suitable for yourself.
