This piece of 'research' is pathetic.

I cannot believe you can be a stanford academic, get your paper published and articles written about it - yet have content so weak.

Its kind of egotistical to stick yourself into a thread like this, especially FIRST. But I feel tempted to do so, just out of curiosity I suppose. I think I can pass for decent looking, when Im dressed ok and at decent angles. But its hard to know if anyone else feels the same way. I think Ill leave...

Take up either singing or acting. You can easily find an amateur dramatics group, or perhaps something at your school/college? And singing you can do yourself at home. Practice getting the emotion and expression across with both acting and singing, the more exaggerated the better. Try regional/cultu...

I tried spectrumdating now too, looks like a legitimate put together by and for aspies. Only problem is that there is a huge bug. You have to fill in an enormous 10 page Autism questionnaire to get started, takes forever but I did it. But the site will not accept that I have completed and submitted ...

I just joined up to the first one you mentioned out of curiosity, I didn't know any existed since the poorly functioning and ultimately doomed Aspieaffection. But at least every person on AA was real, they may have signed up years ago and their memberships expired but they were all real people - I r...

You enjoy spending time with her and she does with you. I say carry on as normal, but if you really want to see if she likes you in "that way" throw yourself into some 'accidental' situations where she would be tempted to act. Do not initiate anything yourself, always restrain the situatio...

mental health services in the uk are indeed terrible. Even an NT would have a very hard job getting help, I have approached NHS services since 2003 in desperate need for mental health support but never managed to access treatment. Around 2007-2008 I also tried with University counsellors and failed,...

I was thinking of a magnifying glass, then noticed that the wrong planet logo has that already! I like magnifying glass as it explains my experience of Autism quite well. Its like only ever being able to look at the world through a magnifying glass. You see and often examine a smaller area exception...

By "Girls will fall at your feet," it means the girls there will like a guy with those traits by their own will. By "and they will be pushed by their parents!" it means the parents will encourage the girls to go for a such guy; nothing wrong in that if there's no enforcement. A ...

Good for them, living the way they want.
