As tacky as it sounds the "speechcraft" in Elder Scrolls 4:Oblivion taught me about adjusting my language to trigger positive responses based on a person's facial cues.

A shared win for PS/3 and XBox 360. Reasons: 1) They are both over 5 years old 2) They cannot be upgraded 3) point 1 and 2 also means that THEY HOLD BACK THE GAMES INDUSTRY. Now this is just silly :P how many consoles do you know that have been upgradable? I know the answer ISN'T zero, but it wasn'...

To me the Virtual Boy is the easiest answer. I've had bad systems, but at least I could play them. The 32x add-on for the genesis comes to mind. It was bad, but I played it quite a bit. The Virtual Boy was known to literally give people headaches if they tried to play for too long. How could a gamin...

Musically I think she's very talented. Her shock tactics and image can be entertaining as well. I don't like her preaching about gay rights though. She's a girl who has never been in a lesbian relationship. "I want your ugly, I want your disease, I want your everything, As long as it's free" Seems m...

They had a group of "aspies" who were really violent schizophrenics who lived in a matrix spoof. Stan appears to legitimately have aspergers and he's self medicating with whiskey, or maybe that's just me. Either way, this wasn't one of the stories that had a moral attached. It was just a silly carto...

I have a feeling that the people they're going to be taking potshots at are the self-diagnosis crowd. Ya know, those folks that try to use it to excuse their behavior? Yes, That's what I think too. Especially since it's Cartman. He'll likely be trying to use it to his advantage in some sort of way.

An Aspie would do well in being a musical engineer, provided they can actually find work in that field. I wouldn't be surprised at all if many of the people already doing it were aspies. It involves sitting in a studio by yourself and tweaking a bunch of knobs until the sounds are perfect.

I'm afraid in this economy, you can't get away with sucking at any job. Maybe try being an unarmed security guard. They don't do much, and it typically pays a little more than minimum wage. I weigh 92 pounds and am 4'11 I am pretty sure I would get laughed at if I tried applying or a job like that,...

It'll be interesting to see, since the South Park guys seem to alternate between being incredibly smart and having their heads up their asses. The episode about Tourette's was sympathetic and researched, but I recall an earlier episode that more or less said that ADD was a fad disorder and that kid...

I can't believe Freddy Got Fingered is being mentioned. That was Tom Green's movie, and it delivered exactly what people should have been expecting. I was happy watching it. Campy horror, Blaxplotation and movies like that shouldn't count as they are supposed to be cheesy. Pink Flamingos, for exampl...

I was really into hip hop for a while. Favourites would be Masta Ace, One Be Lo , A Tribe Called Quest, Slum Village , The Roots. Wow. That's awesome. I'm not trying to sound like one of those guys who brags about knowing "celebrities" or anything like that, but I know some of those guys I've bolde...

I was hoping someone here would have a similar story and would be able to offer some guidance and/or suggestions. I'm not from Michigan and I'm about ten years older than you, but I've had a similar experience... a friend of mine jokingly suggested I was autistic, so I started looking into it and b...

When I quickly glance over the discussions here it appears no one listens to rap music. I'm actually surprised that it seems to trigger such a minimal response from Aspies. I know I fell in love with rap music because it was like taking a conversation and chopping up the syllables to match a mathema...
