exercise raises testosterone levels! Testosterone is responsible for sex drive. Yes, women have testosterone in them too! Lifting weights will give the most testosterone enhancement, even moreso than cardio exercises.

Okay, this past week, I have been trying to clean up my yard from all the storm debris that Hurrican Irene as thrown around. This has involved running a chain saw, leaf blower, weed eater, and other tools that have small 2-cycle engines on them. Granted, these tools are awful to run in their own rig...

I hate clapping myself. Not just because of the sound, but the feeling involved...Sending shock waves from my hands up my arms. When attending shows, people always remark why I'm not clapping, and ask if I didn't like the performer, speaker, etc. When I tell them I simply don't like clapping and fin...

From my perspective, it appears as if Neurotypicals need the approval from other NT's if something is worth getting worked up about, be it good or bad, and the direction their emotion should go towards. For most NT's watching a newscast they will usually set their emotion to the emotion conveyed by ...

The fewer people, and closer to me clapping, the worse! When it's a huge room full of thousands of people, it sort of turns to white noise and isn't all that bad, but when it's someone close by, like while standing beside someone at a show or something, it can become very annoying. It is most annoyi...

I agree Janissy! We have a guy working in our warehouse sorting boxes and stuff, and normally, it's really quiet back there...just the white noise of the air conditioner running. He's occasionally taken a little transistor radio with him while he does his work. His radio has a tinny little speaker o...

Anybody have trouble with the "new" style supermarkets more? What I am talking about is that it the style of supermarkets nowadays is to build them with open ceilings and exposed beams, versus using acoustic tile ceilings. The ceilings are typically much higher, and the lighting is mercury vapor flo...

I was recently at Busch Gardens theme park, and experienced the same sound issue. Typically, theme parks play music around the walkways and such that is typically background music to set the mood and ambiance of the theme they are making. I emphasize the word background. At Walt Disney world parks, ...

I thought I was the only one that still wore bikini and sport briefs in the USA, typically in black or other dark colors like navy blue or dark red. They are getting hard to find. I like the minimal coverage for the occasional times I need support. I typically buy the higher end brands like CK, 2xis...

can any of you hear the high - pitched ringing noise that comes from the high voltage power supply in tube TV's and monitors? I can. I can always tell when a tube is on in a room, even if there is no sound playing. It usually doesn't bother me, as I have grown to get used to it, but now that LCD scr...

I was in a home a few days ago working on some home theater gear, and the homeowners had scented candles everywhere! What is the appeal of these things? Their smell is similar to that of burnt diesel fuel on top of some synthetic scent that hardly resembles what it supposed to be. When I walked into...

I find it interesting how anti-capitalist you are, yet, you are engaging in writing your own magazine, publishing it and wanting to turn it into it's own self-sufficient medium. As far as I can remember back from economics class, this is called enterprenuism, and it can only exist in a capitalist so...

It doesn't fade with time either...I am 35 years old, and when I walked out of the house this morning, it was much cooler than it typically is during the summer. The first thing it felt like was the fall days when I was walking to catch the school bus. The school bus drivers are testing the routes, ...

For me, it had some to do with the way my mom's car felt when it was driving too. I liked it when mom took main roads to get places, when her car was running about 45-50mph, it had a very pleasing tone to it. When she would get on the highway with it, the car was running much faster and produced mor...

Television today largely caters to women! This is most obvious in the typical morning shows, where they lean the topics towards female interests, like relationship with a man, a celebrity gossip story, or some type of beauty aid, or even a patronizing segment on car service (or other technology) whe...

The same amout of students are typically in both sections of the building at a given time, but the atmosphere of each sec...
