Interesting, I'm 23 and throughout all my life people have always thought that I'm much younger :-S It probably has a lot to do with the fact that I'm only 1.66m (5'5"), but who knows? Maybe it's an aspie thing :-) e.g: When I was job-hunting after graduation interviewers would always say "Are you r...

When you say "took an interest", do you mean romantically? Because if that's the case there is a chance he backed off due the fact that you weren't interested in him in the same way. If not then the whole thing becomes a bit weirder but I suggest you take Molly's advice.

Ok what if a girl liked you and you didnt like her and she wouldnt back off? Then how would you feel/react. I can definitely relate to this, a couple years ago some girl from law school that I find completely unattractive started spending too much time around me, my then girlfriend went berserk ove...

There certainly won't be another Final Fantasy game like it. The new ones are CRAP and should be ashamed to carry the name. FF 13 gets zero stars out of four. Even though I never played pre-VII FF's I couldn't agree more, I bought FFXIII recently because I remember falling in love with FFIX when I ...

Well, I thought I should share that my choices are now slimmed down to Electrical-Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. I've narrowed down to these because form what I've heard they are the two most general fields of engineering, hence they're more marketable when I start looking for a...

On a separate note, I'm currently doing postgraduate studies in labor law, I wouldn't know if it's appropriate to continue since I'm planning a career change. On one hand, if it all goes well by the time I start engineering I could be a couple of courses and thesis away from getting the masters and ...

One advice though: try to work in the meantime. It will be good to get working experience before you graduate. Not just because it looks better, but to give yourself the confidence. Well I'm currently working as a law clerk in a national court, it's normally considered a very respectable job (curre...

If you could share some info about these kind of programs I'd love to hear about it, I really doubt they finance engineering studies for 23 year old lawyers :-S

I did not go back to school for yet another degree purely because I am in such deep student loan debt This is really not a problem for me, as I said, my 5 year law degree was about as much as a cup of coffee (plus books, though law books are sort of cheap in comparison to other careers textbooks) a...

Anything bio or chemical is of the question, I absolutely despise chemistry and my lack of knowledge or interest towards any type of biology is legendary. Well as of know I'm definitely leaning towards electric, mechanic I think has less industry in my country and civil is too dependent on construct...

On a positive note, my education would be almost free since my university is public yet is one tied in first place among engineering schools in the country, combine this with a recent court ruling which forbids charging tuition for professionals and that really helps my cause. Considering I start Se...

Well the age thing hasn't been troubling my head so much, mot engineers don't graduate in the usual 5 years (that's what a licenciatura takes here) but more, I would give 100% so I would graduate in 5 so given that I start September 2012 at 23 years of age I would go on to graduate 28 and so far I t...

IQ can be a meaningless indicator. Don't worry I'm aware that IQ can be meaningless :) With the way that digital technology is moving, I suggest electrical. You learn analog systems like with radio technology but also digital systems like how do you build a CPU. That is one of the main reasons I'm ...

Hi, I am currently a recently graduated lawyer (slightly above average grades with little to no effort), however, I hate my current job and don't really see myself practicing law the rest of my lately. To be honest when I chose law as a major I was very immature (only 16) and always failed math and ...

Not at all,...
