I was on Effexor and it made me Very manic and mean. If you don't like the side effects of it, then I'd reccommend getting off of it. How about Zoloft? Maybe that will work for you?

I'm not someone you would call attractive. I am overweight and I just look ugly in my opinion. I hate the fact that I look like my mom's family.I want to get plastic surgery and change my whole face and body.

My Irrational fears are:

1. Breaking a chair by sitting in it.
2. Getting arrested and having to languish in prison for the rest of my life
3. Not being able to breathe
4. Going out in public and getting made fun of, being embarrased
5. Hurting or killing someone

Yes! I don't blink as often as NT's . Sometimes when i'm out, people look at me funny because I don't blink as frequently as I should. I googled slow blink rate and I found that it is caused by damage to the Basal Ganglia.

Hi Everyone!

I was wondering if any of you used a certain word or phrase to calm yourself down when you are starting to have a meltdown? I would like some words to use when my anxiety gets bad so I don't have an outburst or a meltdown.
