It's from The Fountain, it's long and totally instrumental. It makes me feel inspired to write, and it's the song that made me want to watch the film (which I ended up loving).

NT here. And to be honest I feel like I am much more closely connected with my body than the majority of people. When it is even a little too cold or too hot I get very uncomfortable; when I have a small itch it must be scratched or I'll go crazy. I can't have a single lump in my mattress/blankets o...

My favorite to watch is Pinkie Pie, with Rarity second, but if they were people and I knew them in real life, the one I'd most like to be friends with is Applejack. She just seems like she'd be a really dependable friend. I'm excited for Season 2 also. What are your theories on Discord? Have you he...

That is called Synesthesia (sometimes Synaesthesia). It's a rare mental condition where experiencing one sense triggers another sense as well (seeing letters of the alphabet, seeing music/sounds, etc.) I see at least some of this as separate from Synesthesia. I don't have sets of things that I perc...

Almost every day.
I cried multiple times today (stress, and then someone on my floor was chopping onions).
I cry a lot. I can't stop myself from crying, but sometimes I try to hide it when I'm around people.

For instance when an NT person recently asked me about the recent riots in London and, "Didn't I think it was bad the way people just turned to criminality rather than the original protesting that it started off with?" I responded with something like, "Yes it's not good at all. It seems indicative ...

- Ever since I was a teen, there have been shows I like to watch on TV alone, usually cartoons and stuff, but if someone else is in the same room with me I get extremely uncomfortable and may turn the TV off. I used to watch cartoons with the sound down as low as possible so other people in the hou...

I am an NT girl dating a guy with AS. We've been together for more than 10 months now. Though we have had a lot of fights, they've mostly been over small things. I'm an introvert (but not a loner) and my boyfriend is definitely a loner, and this is where most of our issues have come from (for exampl...

How would you like to be proposed to? Kneeling with a diamond ring? Or are you ladies the kind that wants to go shopping for a ring? I'd do the kneeling thing for Miss Right, I think it is much more romantic. Whatever is personal and fits our relationship. If we talked about it and decided w...

Several years ago when I was 15, a girl my age died of Leukemia. I wasn't best friends with her, but we'd shared a cabin on a school camping trip, had been on a volleyball team together, etc. Though I hadn't hung out with her outside of school since we were much younger, her death hit me hard . Of c...
