| Does not seem to have classical stimulant action to me. It improved my sleep greatly to. :D I took a second 200 mcg dose several hours later . I have no problem being alone when things are good but when things go bad having to go through all of lives problems alone sucks. The more I remain in total isolation the less problems I have
