I love Stimtastic! Most of my stim toy collection came from that website. :) It took me a little while to find a chewable pendant that felt the most comfortable to me, but I find that the cloud pendant is my favorite one. I agree that it would be nice if there were more websites that were similar to...

I do feel sorry for objects. I have ever since I was very young, in fact. I mostly feel sorry for stuffed animals and toys, especially ones that I see have been rejected at yard sales or left on roadsides, or are ripped, dirty, or are missing button eyes. Every time I see a stuffed animal or toy wit...

I prefer little "pocket animals". I got three last week and carried the little mouse in my pocket for a few days before having my daughter choose one of the three to help her get through going to a new, very large church. She chose the mouse. It worked very well. She ripped up little pape...

I'm up to my ears in plush! :) Just today I bought a big fluffy white teddy bear who lights up and glows different colors. I even make stuffed animals of my own cartoon characters by hand. It was 20$, that's pretty cheap these days. I think its sad that adults get so much ridicule for owning or col...

I also wear glasses - I'm not sure what eyesight condition I have (it's actually pretty mild) but for some reasons, glasses just help me to see everything clearer.

I also suspect that I have some kind of math-related LD, too.

Wow, ImAnAspie, that's the most realistic plush panther I've ever seen! :)

I sleep with a bunch of stuffed animals - most of them are quite small, though. My favorite ones are Dory, a dolphin, Oh the Boov from the movie "Home," and a couple of Disney Tsum Tsums and Itty Bittys.

The droplet pendant, the star pendant, and the block necklace on Stimtastic are also recommended for light chewing, as well...there also used to be a "footprints" pendant that had "toe parts" there were malleable and good for chewing, but I think it sold out some time ago. Hope t...

Yes, the Stimtastic chewables do vary in terms of "hardness." Smaller chewables like the trapezoid and cloud pendant tend to be for "light chewing."

What the title of this post refers to is that a young male Aspie friend of mine who attends the same church as my family and I do with his mom is heading off to college this week, and his mom was pretty emotional about it. I only found out about it this past Sunday b/c I've just moved to live with m...
