I find diazepam (Valium) very helpful, at a low dose and ad libitum (i.e. you can choose not to take them when you don't need them, and take the ones you save at stressful times). They do at prime times, like when people are coming in and out of school/work, but I've never seen it get as bad as London buses. ... |

| If you are getting a sex change, why did you call yourself a man in the first post? From what you've said, I don't think you're gonna be totally happy with the end result of the transition, just from my experience with transmen and transwomen who have sounded exactly the same as you.
