The problem is not looks. And since you are here I assume your on the spectrum (correct me if wrong). The problem I think I see most often in these situations, when we are talking about a young person, is they are slower to develop social skills, need to learn to identify and modify certain behavior...

I don't know what a PUA is. It sounds like a shell you find in the tropics or maybe a statue on Easter Island. I think to speak of men and women as different things frames the discussion in an adversarial way to begin with. there can be more difference between two men then a man and woman. look for ...

A lot of it is about controlling impulses. People frequently get angry or envious or greedy, or get into unbalanced mental states but the society has determined what is allowable and what is destructive. So for instance, no matter how distraught one is, it is still considered murder to kill some one...

I think that only a small portion of crimes are truly attributed to mental illness. That is where the person is literally insane and not aware of what they are doing in a normal sense. They are incapable of having a normal sense. The rest are committed by technically sane people. There are some who ...

I think part of my problem may be the expectations aspect some have mentioned. There is reality and the online world and I get jammed up in a confused state between them sometimes.

On several occasions ( one happening two nights ago ) I kept seeing things with my deceased sister or her image on them. Yes I was like her best friend, but it was five years ago, and I never see her like a person in extreme grief. One time the dream seemed so real, that I thought she had never &qu...

I've been feeling increasingly disconnected at WP. It's been a gradual decent into a sense of nothingness. I'm not sure if I belong in this thread, but it is the first place to come to mind.

Just for info, a study was done of famous 'haunted' places. That is places with a high number of people reporting odd feelings and such. It was done in England and included castles, very old homes, etc. What the team found was the spots associated with odd feelings nearly all had some physical anoma...

Exactly, very shallow indeed. I never judge people by their appearance. Besides, slim women simply cannot be trusted.

Joke? I hope. Or else the contradictory statement of the week.

Nice pics guys but lamenting the feminine shortage. :( What's the point? Ok. Guy pics are about as interesting as lawyer advertizements. To me that is. To others I am sure they are very interesting and there's nothing wrong with them. It's when you get a run of nothing but guy pics that the place g...

I don't know. I have never seen any evidence or had any paranormal experience, but something tells me to never rule anything out.

But I think attempts to 'eliminate' supernatural beliefs futile and a little foolish. You might as well try to outlaw egos.
