Ty, trust me I've completely accepted there is no cure, but sometimes if there is some kind of natural aid that's less abrasive concerning side effects than meds and that might help some, I do some reasearch : )

Good to know, my dad and hubby have had stones and I'm asking for my son. Definitely something to keep in the back of my mind. Although wouldn't an improvement in this area brought on by the supplement indicate there was a deficiency? Best to have it checked professionally I'm sure.

Has anyone had improvement of anxiety and or autistic traits you want to fine tune by supplementing magnesium? I'd like to hear if it worked for you and if it didn't or even if it made things worse. No judging. Thanks in advance : )

I reminded him there's 3 things to sort, things to keep, things to donate, things to trash. He won't even try he yells at me and slam...

How do you get your hfa teen to keep a schedule? Mine struggles a lot with this at school and at home. He doesn't like to use a planner or calendar as he's dyslexic with horrible handwriting. We have been unable to find any app he will follow through using. He just wants to do what he wants to do an...

Looking at the big picture, finding out who's fault it is, and where to place blame, the girl and her friends, my son, the teachers,is no longer my objective. (As upsetting as that was anyway) My objective is how can we go forward avoiding this in the future, and I guess finding an effective way to ...

I think he thought the girl he liked was his friend. She's cute, active in school, popular...she could very well have been nice to him knowing how he is, and he mistook it as flirting maybe. That's what I think happened, but there's no way I can retrieve that information. My son doesn't want to talk...

I know the girl was annoyed, creeped out and scared. My son also has been a complete mess since it happened. His anxiety has spiked. He holds his hands in tight fists in front of him now. He is having trouble sleeping. His self esteem as taken a massive blow. A handful of teachers and the principal,...

He never texted her. He followed her around school. She gave him the wrong phone number. He emailed her our home address and his phone number, asking her to call. Instead she showed some friends of hers, and they began texting my son. It's very out of character for my son to do something like this, a...

Thank you I will try that approach too, asking if there's a girl he doesn't like. I in formed the school of all the facts I know of pertaining to his situation. I've just heard back from the special Ed teacher so far, but it seems like they are going to try and gather other information if possible b...

You have a good point. I do think also that anything involving your mom with talking to girls or guy friends at this age wether appropriate or not, is highly embarrassing. He may know it's a little wrong, but he obviously doesn't know how severely wrong it is. I can assure you, I'm about to become h...
