We claim to be a Christian nation, yet, we condone all kinds of behavior to chase after fame and the almighty dollar. Mammon has become our God. We are a nation whose hearts has turned to stone. There is no empathy, love or kindness in this country. Our nation tramples and exploits the weak and we ...

This is a delicate topic that comes with differing opinions, even among professionals in the mental health field. That being said, here is what I've observed from living almost 6 decades and spending 4 of them extensively studying theology and psychology: Schizophrenia and being a Medium/Clairvoyant...

Is there anything else I should/can do at this point? It's all overwhelming. Yes, there is something else you should/can do at this point. Be aware of how you react to her possibly being on the spectrum. Your perception of what a diagnosis would mean will greatly impact your daughter's perception o...

AS has nothing to do with grasping the concept of faith. Faith is a spiritual matter. AS is not. The supernatural realm is incomprehensible by natural means. Faith is a gift. It can't be earned. It's not something that's humanly possible to have without God first providing it. People who are unspiri...

Consciousness is verbal. If you can’t tell me about it, you are not aware/conscious of it. If it’s not in words, it isn't consciousness. No… Just no. That just doesn't make sense. That'd mean that I'm going to spend a good deal of my waking life unconscious. It doesn't make sense because it isn't t...

Definitely not if they don't care. Don't forget . . . NTs are spoiled and accustomed to having their way about small talk. It's human nature not want to exit the comfort zone.

Many move out from their parent's house at an early age, but in today's bad economy, from what I've observed, most move back in . . . some temporarily, others permanently.

. . . just agree with whatever your friend says. Even if your friend says the abusive boyfriend has changed and won't be abusive anymore? To agree with a girl friend who thinks her boyfriend has changed and won't be abusive anymore can be like giving your drug addict friend more drugs that will des...

Depression can be made worse by anti-depressants. Do you realize labels can be locks? Psychologists and Psychiatrists do have it right in saying there is an imbalance going on in the brain. What they're not trained to realize is that the imbalance is the symptom . . . not the cause. I highly recomme...

My guess is that your 27 yr. old son is cutting you out of his life because he doesn't care how you feel. If you try to describe to him how you feel, most likely it will only alienate him more if he gets the impression you care more about your feelings than his. Its doubtful your son is ignorant of ...

You console and comfort a person by being there when she needs you and not judging her for her mistakes. Don't forget your friend needs to go through a grieving period. She also needs you to be strong and unafraid to gently guide her away from abusive relationships.

Maybe because someone wants you? –> re: outcasts

This world isn't permanent for anyone. It will either ensnare us or teach us how to be free.

I worked at a famous bakery just on the other side of the Potomac by Washington, D.C. when I was 25 yrs. old. I never enjoyed going to work at any other job as much as I did there. This is amazing considering that I normally hate anything fast paced involving any form of social contact with stranger...

I specifically meant the experience of being an Aspie woman. The majority of Aspie women offline who I know (myself included) do not have success in relationships. I'm married, but to a NT who comes from a family filled with siblings who all are clueless in knowing how to be a companion. Gene...
