I think you answered your own question. When you talk to single women try to have the mindset that she is married. I am in the same boat as you financially and live a similar lifestyle and I have found lately that women really don't know how to relate to decent men anymore. I am beginning to think t...

This happens because NT's don't care about the actual event itself. They only care about the "social bonding" which is something that we will never understand. The concert was just a reason to get together and bond. The electronic dartboard was another excuse to bond. They really did not c...

As someone who used dating sites back in the very early days and just recently started again I can say that things have really changed and not for the better. In the beginning computers and the internet was the exclusive domain of Aspies, nerds, dorks and geeks. I had much success in meeting good, q...

I am divorced and I get asked when I'll remarry and start a new family all the time. My response is "99 problems and a b!@# ain't one." Usually shuts them up.

It's the Aspie obsession doing the talking. Go back and read all of the posts from those of who have had HSV way longer than you have.

I've been a pharm tech for over 3 years now (was a mechanical engineer for 23+ years but those jobs are long gone from the US.) and it is a very Aspie freindly job. I did 6 months retail and now work in a very large hospital. I sometimes work per diem for a retail compounding pharmacy. Most of the p...

Be very cautious. In some states the age of consent may be 16 but that only applies if the other person is under the age of 18. In some states if one is under 18 and the other is over 18 then it is off to prison you go.

Christmas, stress, well let's see. Trying to find the right present, trying to find a decent card in English, driving over a hundred miles to have Christmas lunch with my girlfriend's ex-boss (who I've never met), getting lost and being unable to find the place until I got out of the car and walked...

Pete, the Aspie obsessiveness is kicking in and you need to step back and learn the facts. HSV has nothing to do with HIV.

You don't need any genital contact or broken skin to transmit or recieve the HSV 2 virus. The skin around the genitals is very thin and skin to skin contact is all that is needed to transmit the virus. It really is that easily transmitted. Valtrex is an anti-viral medication currently used to reduce...

I see it is possible to live with it, but the social stigma is terrible, and what about future relationships? It disrupts any sex-life. I haven't had any issues with this. I have had two partners after being infected with the current one going on 3 years the other about 2. Neither one of them has b...

Herpes is spread through skin contact so a condom is no protection from HSV2. It is also possible that your partner had no clue she had it. Some people never have any symptoms. I have HSV 2 and it isn't as big of a deal as you think. See a doctor and get educated about it. It's not the end of the wo...

The $50 rule may only apply to gifts from outside vendors, contractor, etc. At least that has always been the case at every job I have had. This gift was a thank you from fellow coworkers so I seriously doubt this rule applies. You did a stellar job and was recognized for it. Be happy about it becau...
