I've been recieving personal training for about two years now, and I finally can bench 160. My goal by around this time next year is to get up to 200 lbs. I enjoy weightlifting because it gets rid of your frustration and anger, and it gets girls to notice you. It also makes your penis smaller! Yay!...

If you're looking for strength then you can still lift weights. You just need to assess the time between sets that encourages muscular STRENGTH as opposed to muscle SIZE (hypertrophy). yeah, it does for me - and other things I like of course.


It's much more soothing to learn the piece and then play it for yourself, over - and over - and over; Like Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata" First movement.
