The internet is a tricky place. You can type something that sounds perfectly fine but the person on the receiving end can read it the total opposite way than how you intended it to sound. Could it be a case of this? I always have to ask myself ...correction, REMIND myself.... that things can very e...

I have and continue to experience negativity from both autistic and non-autistic people, anything ranging from outright bullying to sly remarks. I think when an aspie vents frustration against NT, it is because that seems to be the larger group that has caused the suffering. All I know these days is...

Laundry and I should be putting another pair of sheets on my bed. I'd rather post here, for the half hour, before my laundry goes in the dryer.

Damn, it's Saturday and I was supposed to do the sheets.

Lately I seem to get more irritated and easily upset and I have no more tolerance toward my friend I live with. I snap at her or walk out for long walks in nature, now that I can wiht the nice weather: I spent teh winter behind my laptop and went through deep depressions and still am depressed. I a...

I am listening to an online radio station in another language, think it could be their hit parade or something.

Also supposedly reading for my course, that is a bit on and off though.

I'm going to start off by saying I think the test could, but not always, be a bad one for an Aspie to take. If you apply Aspie "direct honesty" to the test, as I did, It's more than likely, I think, to return high results, especially if you happen to have any kind of spiritual beliefs. I have belie...

I was a mute child and couldn't understand play, so even if I was asked to join in with other children, I didn't know what to do and often just stood watching, still with no clue as to what was going on.

[I know I have a problem with this.] 13. When someone is chastising you, do not smile or laugh while they are doing so, even if they look funny. I do this sometimes. When you are listening to someone, try not to frown too much, they think you are disagreeing with them when you are just concentrating.
