Trump has only infested the White House a few days and he certainly seems to be trying to be the person to blame for all that goes bad. So far everything I hear he has done makes me want to vomit. Even if he isn't personally responsible he's certainly setting a bad example. So, sure, I'll blame him ...

Hello, I keep commenting on way too many things so I thought I better formally introduce myself. I am in my mid 40's, I live in the southern half of Missouri (misery) and I was diagnosed years ago with Asperger's (confirmed correct two years ago when I was re-evaluated) The diagnosis did me very lit...

What bothers me most about the SJWs is that so many people equate SJW with the social justice activism of the left. I am way over to the left Liberal (and proud to be), and I don't approve at all of what I see on college campuses. Shutting down discussion and various view points helps no one. Actual...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XaadfwY5bw4 So it's ok for Trump to demean women and everyone else but not ok for women to use strong, frank language to fight back? Guess us women should know our place and remember strong language is only for men to use. We need to learn to be polite and lady like ...

Wow! That is great. So happy you were able to enjoy the march, what a great experience it must have been. So meditation works? Thanks for sharing and giving me some motivation to try meditating again.

I don't know how many threads there were for the women's march but I'll respond to this one anyways. I marched in my home town and the turnout was incredible. At least 2000 people. It was good to see so many people at 9:00am in a very conservative small city demanding rights for women and pretty muc...

I just saw a sign calling the new President a p****. Sounds really productive. So far, they wouldn't win me to their side. If they want their message to get across, then cut the crap and get serious. There were even signs and chants with the "F" word and children around! Wth?! Have you ne...

Are you talking ear defenders or earmuffs. Ear defenders are sold as a noisy equipment accessory (i.e. with your chainsaw) and are vinyl lined and have hard plastic shells over the ears. Up here in Canada, fluffy and furry earmuffs are sold to keep your ears warm outside in the winters. They are pa...

My mom had taught me to cook as a kid but my planning ability was bad. Watching Rachel Ray's Thirty Minute Meals helped me not make a mess and get the food done sorta around the same time. The show let me watch the steps in almost real time so I could see what I'd been doing wrong. I kept watching c...

Those look interesting, and I may try them for other situations, but what I need is the type that can be worn over my ears so I can still wear earplugs at the same time. I need a lot of noise reduction to be able to listen to live music and not be sick all night after I get home.

Tonight I went to hear a neighbor's band at a small downtown bar so I put earplugs in and my earmuffs over that. The earmuffs were purchased with fireworks in mind, not sitting at a table for an hour listening to music. They got sweaty, squished my head and ears, and kinda itched. But they worked an...

My family says I was a very early talker and skipped over one word responses and went straight to sentences. Of course most people couldn't understand half of what I was saying and I would call fish tomatoes. When I was in 2nd grade I was sent home with a letter suggesting I see a speech therapist t...

I think there is a difference between someone who is genuinely concerned with social justice and someone who is a SJW. In my experience the SJW likes to bully people. These are the people I know who are not at all inclusive toward people with disabilities. I know one cis-het-white-male who likes to ...

I noticed it says to the side that you are female and 46. I've heard that autism can get worse perimenopause so that might explain any increase in meltdowns.
