Have you considered getting a white noise generator of some kind? I'm not sure exactly how they work but it may help with the noise.

If I hadn't married a NT man who enjoys taking care of and supporting me, I'd probably be living at home until my parents died and I ended up on the streets. He finds my Aspie quirks interesting and appealing, so I lucked out there. After I was done with school, I just could not function in society....

The things that a game has to have to get my attention: An open world, interesting non-human races, and a good aesthetic style of armor, environments, etc. After that I look at if the game has small-group content (like dungeons) and interesting PvE gameplay.
