The newspaper for the town I live in posted a copy editor position online a couple months ago. I had inquired about working there about seven times over the years, dating back to high school, and they continually rejected me. I even asked them about the copy editor position possibly opening up befor...

I have a journalism degree and worked as the copy editor and a reporter for my high school and college newspapers. I want to get back into that field, but nobody’s willing to even give me an interview. That is a real shame .. cause , I think Aspies make great journalists after I read the article in...

I loved it too, but I did feel a bit of sadness when I saw how tough most other people were taking it, because it meant that they usually had social lives and did things with people during normal times, while lockdown was just my normal life other than that I got to work from home.

Masking/learning to adapt & overcome - but Also an improvement in diet, IMO. Peoples' tastes tend to mature. Adults eat healthier vs. the junk food, sugar, and dyes so many kids consume as their regular staples these days. This results in improved digestive/gut health, and in turn a better func...

I think the majority of journalists are honest, hardworking, professional people, and the fact that you’re crapping on an entire field based on a subset is really disappointing. I do have a theory that some journalists who work for larger, more popular outlets have less integrity because they might ...

I’m disappointed by the vitriol toward journalists in this thread. There are a lot of generalizations going on here, and journalists serve a very important purpose in getting the news out to the world. I think some journalists could work on their fact-checking, and some do have biases, but I worked ...

On apps where you meet people in real life, this is true. Because of sexual harassment and risks to safety, a portion of women are less inclined to use these services. But on other websites, the gender ratio is more even. On social media, women outnumber men by 7-8%. There are plenty of women on sn...

I have a journalism degree. My autism makes me an outstanding copy editor, but because autism isn’t common in this field and the benefits of autism aren’t well known there, I am hesitant to disclose my autism on cover letters, even though the autism positively separates me from other applicants.

Got mine at 20, but I had seizures and had to have surgery before I could drive legally, so maybe I would’ve gotten it at 16 had those not been a factor. But I’m still a terrible driver and don’t know if I’ll ever improve.

I just finished a live chat, and apparently some people higher up are going to take a look at the site and make some decisions. So there’s some progress.

The site might be canceled but another one will pop up. There will always be people who hate who we are that can never be censored out. If it is not a website it is a random bully on the street. I am not saying don't be angered and hurt by them I am saying don't let them define NT's, don't let them...

Is it possible to have the site taken down?

I sent an email to Crazy Domains (the host of this site) a couple months ago requesting it be taken down when I ran across it, but I never received a response.
