As a child and young adult, my "rantings" were melt-downs, and shut-downs. They became less and less frequent over several decades, and full blown melt-downs are very rare for me now. I still have minor "rants", usually in private. I let them run for a few minutes to vent the fee...

I have had 6 decades to analyze myself. I also had many childhood years of psych doc and therapist visits, and a brief spell of therapy in my late 40s. Among the results of my analysis of my own self, is that I am not selfish, but I am self-centered. There may be others on the spectrum who are selfi...

Due to my many health issues, standing at the counter to prepare food, or to clean up after the meal is now very difficult and painful for me, so I rarely cook now, unless the food can go in the microwave, or the crockpot. Most of the time I just have simple cold meals, like cold sandwiches, or othe...

As long as the ingredients in the e-cigs contain toxic substances, you are still poisoning yourself, and those around you, so please just give up both forms of smoking. Cigarettes destroyed my mother's health, and she would have lived a lot longer had she never smoked. So I ask again, for your mothe...

As others have mentioned, avoid gas inducing foods and drinks like soda and booze. Alcoholic beverages can generate a lot of gas. I would also advise wearing disposable adult incontinence undies, at least when you are going to be away from easy access to bathroom facilities. The best style of dispos...

Yes, I could write you a nice big grocery list of my physical issues, but I'm not in the mood for it right now.

Doesn't everybody wash their hands after using the facilities? If not, why not? I don't want your germs, so stay away from me!

I've tried coffee, but never acquired a taste for it. I mostly drink water, but sometimes have powered veggie drink mix, and occasionally have peppermint tea or fruit juice.

It depends on how tall you are, and what sort of bone structure you have--fine-boned, regular boned, big-boned.

The best advice I can offer is to be polite and civil, and to avoid businesses that are too blatantly racist. While I don't like terrorists, I have nothing against anyone who is civilized. I don't care what color people are. If you are civilized, great. If you are a barbarian in your behavior, then ...

I am 6o years old. I started playing with Lego in my early teens, and my much younger brother started at the same time. We each had our own sets. A few years later it was suggested by my elders that I give my own Lego supply to my younger brother, as it was felt I had become too old for Lego. I had ...

I don't like maneuvering around in cramped spaces, so no, I wouldn't want to live in a tiny apartment or home. Also, I have a lot of books that I reread, so I'm not about to get rid of them, and I also add to my collection, so a small space wouldn't work for me. There is still all my other stuff, to...

I had less meltdowns as I got older. I think I just became better able to tolerate stuff, plus I was better able to control my reactions, but it took a long, long time to get to that point. Then, once I was living alone, my meltdowns almost completely went away. It's being with people that is the ma...

Yes, I seem to have a constantly running stream of thought monologue going on in my brain, and also some imagery, and "video" at times. Some of it is automatic, and sometimes I actively run it on purpose, to follow threads that are more interesting at the given moment. I also make voice me...

I was eight years old, and on my way home from school, and still on the school grounds when I decided not to ever get married or have kids. I am 60 now, and never changed my mind. I was always picked on by other people, both at home, and outside the home, the whole time I was growing up, and I guess...

Had some heavy and painful periods during puberty, and thru my teens, and hated it. Then thru most of my adulthood, for some reason my periods were few and far between, which was okay with me. In my mid 40s they started coming more regular again, then closer together, and more days long, with more b...
