I got a Samsung F-480 touch phone for my birthday I am slowly beginning to understand it but there are some things i am not sure about and are hoping my fellow aspie technology savvy people can help with. The main one is that when the touch panel auto lock is off and i drop the phone on the table from a distance of only a couple of centimeters the phone doesn't work at all and the only button I can press is the on button in other words it will only turn back on that's all. However if I take touch panel auto lock is off and i do the same thing the phone does not do this is this normal? I have tried to find out on the internet but there isn't much about it.

sounds like a loose internal connection. Any phone you can't drop an inch or so has problems. Check your cable connections to the headset. Also, call the vendor (on a reliable phone, tho...;)
