Great movie. It's up there for me. Does it say how much of an Aspie I am that one of my favorite parts is when Ben Stein is teaching about the Hawley-Smoot Tariff? Anyway, my fav movie should be fairly obvious, from my user name, avatar, and siggy. But other than A Beautiful Mind, I love Chicago (my fav movie until A Beautiful Mind came along), The Aviator, Down With Love, and Catch Me If You Can. But nothing can beat A Beautiful Mind I could watch the beginning up until Nash and Alicia's wedding all day...

Major League; cause I am an obssesed Cleveland Indians fanatic

MASH; cause I love that movie, always will, always have and the TV series too.

The Incredible Mr. Limpet; cause that movie is a childhood fave.

Disney's Animated Robin Hood; cause it was the VERY FIRST movie I ever saw as a kid, in 1979 at the Kent State University campus, or was it 1980? Oh well. I remember seeing that, and Bedknobs and Broomsticks at a movie thing, in the fall of '79 or '80 at Kent State. It was some Halloween thing, I remember.

I think mine is Mary Christmas, a christmas movie with John Schneider and Cynthia Gibb, and Jenna Boyd etc. that dvd stayed in my dvd player for more than 2 months. couldnt stop watching it.

until i got the dvd to christmas with the kranks. then that is the one i watched all december long.

I love christmas movies best. but Mary Christmas is at the top of my list. as is, a christmas story.

Wow! I was surprised to see that almost every one of my favorite movies is all ready on this list.

I didn't hear anyone mention Powder though, that has to be one of my absolute favorites. I found a list at one time of characters from movies that could have had Asperger's and that was on there.

I also LOVE:

Serenity (and firefly)
Amelie (I watched it for the first time today!)
Edward Scissorhands
BeetleJuice (I love Winnona Ryder in that movie)
The Fifth Element
X-Men
Harry Potter
Spirited Away
Big Fish
Lady in the Water (If you haven't seen it, you should, it's not horror it's fantasy!)

Someone mentioned Joyeux Noel and I really liked that movie too, but wouldn't consider it to be one of my favorites.

The gunfight at the end of that one is just about my favorite scene in movie history.

Agreed, it was just so well done. And the impressive thing is how low the film's budget was.
