Quite a few, actually. Here is my Top 3 by genre:

Movies/TV:
1. Sorsha from Willow
2. Kira Nerys from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine
3. Beatrix Kiddo from Kill Bill

Games:
1. Sarah Kerrigan from StarCraft
2. Tali'Zorah nar Rayya from Mass Effect
3. April Ryan from The Longest Journey

Comics:
1. Rogue from X-Men
2. Kitty Pride from X-Men
3. Catwoman from Batman

... and in total competition across genres, I'd have to choose Kerrigan. Nothings melts my heart like a genuine display of genocidal megalomania .

Allison Reynolds from the Breakfast Club. That girl just comes across as needing a hug. Not to mention that the actress was quite attractive.

Here are some:

- Motoko Kusanagi (Ghost In the shell)
- Willow Ufgood (Willow)
- Ashitaka (Princess mononoke)
- Raphael, Donatello and Leonardo (Turtles)
- Daisuke Motomiya (Digimon Zero Two)
- Takuya Kanbara and Kouji Minamoto (Digimon Frontier)
- Wes (Pokemon Colosseum)
- Sora (Kingdom Hearts, even if not never played it!)
- Hayate, Ryu Hayabusa and Ayane (Dead or Alive 3)
- Ash Ketchum (Pokemon)
- Donnie Darko (Donnie Darko movie)

Well, but the best one right now is Motoko Kusanagi, even If I'm a girl, but I love strong women.
I like her in Ghost In the shell movie (1995) and anime series as well, even if she look more androgynous in that movie.
.. But she is as beautiful and gorgeous both of them

Cool choice. But why do I imagine him as Lurch (You RANG?) on a revival of The Addams Family?

One of my earliest crushes (both fictional and not) was Tiffani Thiessen as "Kelly Kapowski" on Saved By The Bell. She's 40 now, but still looks great; I'd love to meet her someday.
