I think the "big black coat" is just placeholder stuff for them to add the rest of the armor in via CGI. Ultron probably won't look like someone in skiing gear during the actual film. :)

Exactly this. If you image-google 'Jar Jar Binks actor', you'll see something similar to this Ultron situation. They're gonna CGI him.
