As good as it gets - Jack Nicholson (though he's really supposed to have OCD)

This thought came across me the other night:

Marlin Brando.

What do you guys reckon? He seems to do things his way, he has a different way of talking. I think he'd qualify... (he's also my favourite actor ever).

I've wondered about Marlon too, definitely not NT.

I watched an awesome movie last night on DVD called : "Noi Albinoi". It's about this 17 year old icelandic guy who is kind of a loner. Well it's a great movie, but I'm not sure if he is very aspie-like. Has anyone else seen it?

I managed to see Noi Albinoi also. I can't remember thinking he had asperges at the time. Although I did think that he was a lot similar to Donnie Darko.

Looking at this list, I'm happy that I have this syndrome. There are numerous heroes of mine on here.

What about "A Series of Unfortunate Events"?

Virtually evey single major character is an Aspie suspect; especially Clouse, and the guardian played by Billy Connelly

I recently watched The Aviator. I already knew that Howard Hughes is thought to have had AS, and I thought that movie showed it really well.

I thought they prtrayed Hughes as OCD and either schitzoprenic or having psychotic episodes.

He showed some signs of that too, along with AS. But it's possible to have more than one disorder, Sean.

Do you try to disagree with everything I post? (It seems like it.)

I'd never imagine that keanu Reeves has autistic traits...

Has anyone here ever seen "Cube" (not to be confused with "The Cube")? One of the characters is labelled simply "the autistic man" in the credits, and appears to be somewhere between LFA and HFA (ie: communicative but not too capable). The movie is very weird and disgustingly graphic in places, but uplifting in a strange way.

Sure. Spoil the movie. Now nobody will want to watch it.

Yes, I have. It was really weird, but interesting.
