Last night I watched Little Women. The 1994 version with Winona Ryder. Tonight I’m watching The Fisher King.

I watched the third Nightmare on Elm Street today. I must say, I'm really enjoying this series.

Bladerunner 2049
I really liked it. It reminded me of a Kubrick Film.

Blade Runner 2049 - This movie is awesome, beautiful, and just really cool. It's so good, that it's the type of film I would judge someone for not liking. 5/5

It - This is a really nice movie. It has a dreamy quality to it, and I'm glad it's going to have a sequel. That said, it was hurt slightly by the fact that the theatrical movie I saw right before it was Blade Runner, which I loved. Still, strong movie. 4/5.

One of Us - Documentary on Hasidic Jews who leave the Hasidic community. Really interesting, and very effectively done. I strongly recommend it. 4/5

Teeth - Dumb, but fun movie. Despite having to give it a 1/5 because it's dumb, it's honestly not a bad way to spend a couple hours.

Saw 2 - This is the best of the first 3 Saw films, and it has some neat ideas. Still, it leaves me feel like I wasted a couple hours on drivel. 1/5

The Babysitter - Another dumb Netflix horror film, but this one is a BLAST. Total homage to goofy 80s teen horror. 3.5/5, recommended for campy horror fans.

England is Mine - Really nice Morrissey biopic, but will probably only appeal to Morrissey/Smiths/80s indie fans. 4/5

Master and Commander - Wonderful film, one of the best adventure films I've ever seen. I'm honestly a little angry I waited this long to see it. 5/5

Kick-Ass 2 - Just a lot of fun. I can't really justify loving the Kick-Ass movies as much as I do. 4.5/5

That's pretty much my October in movies. A little disturbing to realize how much time I've spent on movies in just the last month.
