Yes he's brilliant. I particularly like the episode where he get's to meet his biggest fan who turns out to be a nut.

my favourite line is when he says in front of the man who works in the garage "come on, we're going to sprowston!" to make him jealous. i went to school there and it is as rubbish as he makes it sound!

another favourite is when the hypnotist makes him do an impression of a "scary little monster" on command resulting in him saying "knowing me, alan patridge, knowing you ah-ha! grrr!"

i heard recently that steve coogan and courtney love (who i absolutely WORSHIP) are a couple. i want them to get married and move to sprowston so i can stalk her and write her poetry.

Lol...i like the ones where he obsesses over James Bond and tries to meet Roger Moore. Apparently the Courtney Love thing wasn't true after all now.
