Hi everybody!

I am new, so let me present myself in few words :)
I am french, from Bastia, Corsica, FRANCE. (Corsica is a little french island in the mediterranean sea).
I am 29 years old and I have the Asperger Syndrome.
I was "officially" diagnosed last September.
I made some Vlogs on Youtube, mainly about AS, as "bernakin.skywalker". If you have any questions, or if you want to talk with a french guy it would be a pleasure. I don't know how big is the french community here... We will see...

A last thing, be "soft" with my english which is not my mother language!

Take care.

My best friend is French. I'll have him interpret your words

Or I could just steal his Rosetta Stone software, which I've tried to do many times already, and unsuccessfully I might add. I used to be a master thief...

Bonjour et bienvenue a WrongPlanet Adam :)

I don't know how many french people there is here, but surely there is a few like me who speak both english and french, plus you speak english very well so it shouldn't be a problem at all.

p.s. I have watched that movie (Adam) recently, I thought it was a good movie, some things were upsetting tho but I won't say more lol I don't want to ruin the movie for the ones who haven't seen it.

See you around :)

Shadi

I took French in college. I wish I had stuck with it. Languages were never my strong suite. But I loved the French Cinema course I took.

Le Grande Illusion, La Bete Humaine, Danton, La Marseillaise (sp?), Le Misanthrope, The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie, Hiroshima Mon Amour....all amazing films

I really enjoyed Diary of a Country Priest and Pickpocket. I've seen both of those in the past year or two.

I hope this thread doesn't digress into a film thread, but anyway, the French paid for the American revolution. The Republicans who hate the French so much these days that they renamed fried potatoes in the House and Senate cafeteria Freedom Fries are just as*holes.
