Usually around midnight. Or 3:30 am...whatever. I get up at 7:00 am during the week and 9:00 am weekends.

I wish I had computer access at the house. I'd probably stay up all night then...posting stream of consiousness thoughts on the forums here until my eyes couldn't stay open. Maybe it's not such a good idea.

Whenever I'm tired. Anywhere from 6PM to 4AM, it all depends on when my eyelids start getting heavy.

On Monday-Thursday mornings, I get up between 1:00-4:00am. I start getting ready for work at 5:00am. I leave to go to work around 6:00am.

Whenever I find the time to sleep, which lately takes a huge backseat to everything. :(

On school days, 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (depending on how much homework). Any other day, usually between midnight and 4:00 a.m. On the rare occasion when I get sleepy earlier, I'll go to bed between 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

I'm a night owl, so my sleep schedule always gets completely screwed up. I'll go to bed at 5am, then be at work at 8am. I feel somewhat tired all day, and all day I plan on getting to bed early so I can get back on a sane sleep schedule. But after about 6pm, I start feeling completely awake and energetic. So I stay up until 4-5 am again! I'll go about 4 days like that. Then I crash and sleep from the moment I get off work until I have to get up the next morning at 7am, or else I'll keep staying up and count on getting some sleep during the weekend (which is my current strategy).

looks like a wide variety here.

I always try to stay on a schedule that I think is normal..going to bed around 11-12at night and waking at say 11am....but that never, ever works..

So currently it goes like this. Go to sleep around 3-4pm and wake around midnight. Stay up all night...repeat.

I have also had the periods where I will stay up for 2-3 days with perhaps an hour or two of sleep.

Quite honestly I see sleep as a waste of time, and it gets in the way of doing things. When I try to sleep all I can do is lay there and think about things..how something works, how i could do something, etc etc. It just never stops! Without some drug induced sleep, I rarely fall asleep easily.

Erm..... I go to bed when I'm tired but that never really happens so.... I force myself to bed by the time I hear the birds chirping! Sometimes I make it in bed before 5am, but not usually. Its REALLY messed up, I need to fix my sleep schedule.

I'm nocturnal... I'll go to bed when the sun starts to rise (about 6 a.m.), sleep through the day, and wake up when the sun starts to set (around 4 p.m.)

thinking the question could be like when does the meds that you take allow you to go to sleep.. my son is add/adhd AS. he can not sleep at night due to the meds. his sleep schedule is all screwed up. since he was a baby though he has never slept well. (that was before meds) he tends to go to bed at 9 pm but watches TV until god knows when. since its summer he sleeps in until 10 am. its a horrible cycle...
