My name is Scott. I'm 36 years old, from North Carolina. I've been recovering from depression and anxiety (both diagnosed) with medication. I think that my depression and anxiety are complications of Asperger's Syndrome. I have appointments with my psychiatrist and a new therapist tomorrow, I'll be asking about this then. I'm hoping to learn how to cope more effectively.

I had depression and anxiety also, they are common on the spectrum.
