New and cautious aspie

Hi, i was diagnosed a few years ago at the age of 31 so quite late in life relatively speaking. Im from the uk.

I grew up in france where the diagnosis rate pre 2013 i have seen reported as 0.33 % (vs Uk 1%, vs usa 2.5%)
So its not surprising i wasnt diagnosed in the french educational system despite having access to psychologists from an early age.

I am an aspie, ive struggled with depression for a long time but feel im finally getting over it.
I do get problematic anxiety and dont go very far from the house most of the time, i avoid public transport which is a shame. Sometimes it just makes me uncomfortable...

How are yall doing?

Welcome. I discovered I was on the spectrum quite late in life and there are others around here also diagnosed as adults. Good to meet you.
