EST, i think. (-5:00). i read WP's servers seem to go through a daily "maintenance" or other cycle around midnight, which is one of the reasons we get those cloudflare errors and site shutdowns at such specific times daily.

as i live in the US west/best coast and this happens to me at 9/21:00 hours i just extrapolated.

Around midnight is the worst but it has happened to me at all hours of the day
