Can't get to the forums unless logged in?

I couldn't get into the forums for awhile, until i noticed that I was not logged in. any idea what this is all about?

when? I deleted them yesterday. and I haven't been online since then.

Deleting cookies = logging out

Yes, but thats not my problem. My problem is I suddenly can't get to the forum, or view any posts unless i'm logged in.

I got an email with a link to a thread that was updated, and when i went to the link, all that was there was blue box saying "information" and nothing else.
