I live in the U.S. Does anyone have any idea which states or cities have the most resources for people like us? I live in Missouri, and want to move to the desert (likely Arizona) in a couple years.

I think Seattle might be autism friendly. There are centers for children and adults on the spectrum, mainly at Children's Hospital and the Univ of Washington.
