Ragou from Tales of Vesperia, simply because a guy who kidnaps children to feed them to monsters just to kill his boredom deserves a giant smackdown. I don't mind violent characters in video games, but when they start killing off kids, that creates a character that really gets to me.

Also, most NPCs in Oblivion, for having about as much radiant AI as a 10-Watt bulb. That includes obscuring doorways, stealing your kills, getting in the way when you're fighting, and generally engaging in repetitive conversations with each other like people with bad scripts. Oh, wait...

Ok, as good as Mid Night Club LA is, I would like to beat the crap out of the main characters. They use pretty much every overused term in the Ghetto, like yo dawg, and whats up homies, and ho... They try to act like tough gangstas but they just look like stereotypes of guys from the inner city.

Btw, I didn't know the Overseer in Fallout 3 was killable, I kept trying but it wouldn't let me hit him.

During your escape from the vault, you can kill him, but Amata will be very upset. He deserved it for being that big of a jerk.

I dunno - Roman has his moments, but I think I dislike Brucie Kibbutz even more. (Bernie Crane/Florian Cravic is annoying, but he'd be too easy.)
