So how about The Dark Side Of The Moon. Common sense says it exists as no doubt would the math prove it so. I am not a solipsist. Oh the simplicity of the geratric mind is a wonderful thing.

We have sent zillions of space probes to photograph the far side of the Moon.

But you're right that prior to the space programs of the mid 20th Century there was no direct way of knowing whether the moon really had a backside or not. It was kinda extrapolated from what was then known that the moon must have a spherical backside. Both atheists and theist claim that their respective beliefs (God existing, or not existing) is in that category of indirect BUT GOSH DARN IT HAS TO BE THAT WAY kinda extrapolated evidence. Niether camp can claim that either the existence, or the non existence of God, is as tangibly proven as is the existence of hamsters.

There was a moment when I was a kid that I wish one didn't exist -- and that I wasn't stupid enough to stick my finger in its cage.

I wasn't sure hamsters existed until THIS popped up on my computer screen back when I was in my thirties:

Since then I'm convinced they do.

Its really about God, not hamsters.

The OP is responding to the roving gangs of militant atheists on the PPR who demand proof that God exists.

I haven't seen a hamster for so many years I may well have dreamed or hallucinated the few I think I saw before.

On the other hand, I've never had dreams, hallucinations or any kind of waking experience involving God. The closest I've gotten was in two dreams where I died and, exceptionally, I stayed asleep and dreaming. In one of them, I experienced the beginning of an afterlife, but all I saw was a rather small hut, apparently resting on top of a vertical, impossibly tall pole, where I was with a few other recently deceased kids about the age I had back then. The last thing I remember, before waking up and realizing I was still alive, was someone casually mentioning they were going to give us some lunch.

'Hamsters' aren't the

only 'God' beings that exist.

'Angels' and 'Demons' are real.

In fact, most all mythologies and
religions are based partiAlly in ALL NATURAL reality.

Angels are 'simply' human empaths who do not have the
capacity to hurt other human animals or animals in general;
and feel great pain and discomfort when other people are experiencing
emotional and physical pain; it is as if they are the other person; and from
a scientific point of view they have enhanced emotional empathy also known
as affective empathy. They also have enhanced cognitive empathy as well; often
expressing Love in countless ways from words to smiles to touchy ways of feeling
comfort WITH OTHERS RECIPROCATED BOTH WAYS. They are givers over receivers.

ON THE other hand Demons are 'simply' human psychopaths, who for reasons of innate
dysfunction; environmental social abuse or neglect; lose their ability to feel pro-social
emotions. These demons often find pleasure in the emotional and physical pain of others.
They feel nothing but pleasure when they see an animal writhing in pain; or a human crying
hysterically over the loss of Love. They are the Anti-Angel; and even the archetype of the
religious Anti-Christ. But the coldest part of all is they will never ever be filled up
with the satisfaction and comfort of real emotional Love that an Angel
feels almost continuously when they are around other Angels.
Demons are continuously on the prowl in ways
of putting other people down; or looking
for ways to pull the emotional
strings of weaker unsuspecting
human beings who do not
realize Demons
DO really
exist.

But with all that said;
I have other Angels to
find for now.

I find them here
on rare occasions;

And in fact; am still
friends with them;
but they rarely
stay here
for long.

Angels are also
extremely intelligent;
Some are beyond
intelligent.

But anyWay;

Have a nice now..:)

Signed,
A reformed
Demon from
Angel to
Demon
to Angel
again.

Not everyone
gains this perspective
in life. This is also the
human archetype of
Hero changing into
Villain changing back
into Hero. Literature
and Theater are full
of all these human
archetypes and
metaphors;

To master 'them' in Truth
and Light; is to master
more of Reality;

To dismiss 'them';
as HOGwash;
is to 'simply'
be
'blind';
or
DARKER
AS DEMON
OR VILLAIN.

Signed,
agHOGday..;)

Oh, and here's a theme
song to go along with
the potential
human
archetype.
Like I said;
I have Angels
to find..;)

No one has witnessed god, at least not in a way that is verifiable.

Hamsters are witnessed and interacted with all the time.

Does time exist? If so, how do we know? We've never seen it, heard it, smelled it, or felt it.

We can easily measure it, and there are many scientific instruments dedicated to measuring it. It can also be deduced to exist logically, and we routinely see evidence of its existence.
