4 star general prosecuted for lying to FBI like Clinton did

So this retired 4 star Joint Chiefs of Staff general who was careless with classified information and then lied to the FBI about it, was prosecuted and found guilty of committing a felony. So what about Hillary Clinton who basically did the same thing?
